Check out Taylor’s interview with CineMags. Included is an HQ photo!
Patricia Danaher (PD): You have been synonymous with the role of Jacob Black in Twilight. Tell us what it’s like to be part of Hollywood history with the palm of your hand-printed on the Walk of Fame?
Taylor Lautner (TL): If I am allowed to choose one that feels surreal moment, I would choose to do this. When moved from LA to Michigan when 11 years old and I passed Walk of Fame, I feel that is a matter terkeren and I do not never have thought that my name will be there one day. With thousands of fans and some helicopter, I am afraid I will demoralize them. But I was pleased to receive this honor.
(PD): Do you feel burdened with the popularity you have?
(TL): We all certainly feel a responsibility because we already get a lot of things we had never wanted before. If you asked me three years ago when I was interviewed by Cinemags, I would have said, “Of course not!” But, what I have now really requires hard work and competition that is not easy. If you want something, you have worked and dreamed for it. We are very grateful to all who have given to us. We do not aka tone here without help from the fans so we feel a responsibility towards them. The three of us (me, Kristen, and Rob) are very close to each other, inspire each other, and sometimes discuss our future projects.
(PD): Do you worry about your life after Twilight and transition you have to do post- franchise?
(TL): My goal after Twilight is directly challenging myself to grow and develop. I never want to do the same thing continuously and repeatedly. What is love of acting is that I can play different roles and characters. I do not have a specific band that I planned.
