Milan Kordestani is pretty much a jack of all trades.
When it comes to excelling in sports, running a business, and even working a 9 to 5, Kordestani can do it all.
His success in life begins at the tender age of 10.
Milan boarded a horse for the first time.
The encounter didn’t go as expected, however, and Milan was thrown from the horse.
10-year old Milan didn’t cry, however; he simply found the horse, climbed back on it, and begin to ride again.
This is impressive, persistent behavior for a 10-year old, and Kordestani has continued to show persistent traits even as he gets older.
He is currently 19 and already a business owner.
Milan discovered the wonders of farming when he was 16. He decided then and there that farming would be a huge part of his life.
His business, Milan Farms, is an organic farm that grows herbs, saffron, and raises chickens for their eggs.
Milan prides himself on humanely raising his animals and on being an open and honest business owner.
He feels that honesty is the most important trait that one can have in business and if a customer wants to communicate with a business owner, that business owner should make every effort to make himself available.
Milan also feels that if a customer has a pressing question, business owners should be able to answer the question without hesitation.
Not only does Kordestani believe in great customer service, he also believes in his community.
He feels that community is family, and that everyone should do their best to ensure that their communities are a place in which each and every member can take pride.
Currently, Milan has a 3rd place ribbon and a 2nd place ribbon under his belt.
He has his sights set on a first place ribbon, however, and is confident that he can obtain it in no time.
