Adam Milstein’s Contribution In The Real Estate Industry

Adam Milstein is a real estate investor, a community leader and a passionate philanthropist. After graduating from college, Adam received frequent job offers, most of which were below his expectations. He then decided to go out on his own to make money. Adam ventured into the real estate industry as a commercial broker. With the passage of time, he became an investor. To enhance the success of his operations, Adam undertakes most of the tasks by himself, including follow ups, to ensure that all processes run smoothly.

Adam is overwhelmed by the uncertain real estate market where there are frequent shifts in supply and demand. This situation results in fluctuation of property prices. He believes in reviewing a given problem with the objective of being part of the solution, instead of relying on other people to solve such an issue. Milstein is not limited to specific goals. He focuses on working hard to deliver innovative solutions that satisfy the utility of clients. Adam leverages on consistency, persistence and patience considering that investments in the real estate market takes sometime before one can start to make profits.



About Adam Milstein

Adam Milstein is a managing partner of Hager Pacific Properties, a privately held commercial real estate investment firm. He is the co-founder of Adam and Gila Milstein Family Foundation where he supports charitable organizations that focus on strengthening the Jewish people, the nation of Israel and the relationship between the US and Israel. Through the charitable foundation, Adam offers partnership development, consultancy and capital raising strategies in support of different initiatives, including Jewish education, Pro-Israel advocacy and continuity of the Jewish heritage.

Milstein co-founded the Israel-American Council where he serves as the National Chairman. In addition, he serves on the board of various organizations, including Hasbara Fellowships, StandWithUs, Jewish Funders Network, Israel on Campus Coalition and AIPAC among others. Together with his wife, Gila, Adam founded Sifriyat Pijama B’America foundation. He served in IDF during the Yom Kippur War. Adam pursed business and economics at Technion. He moved to the United States and enrolled in USC where he graduated with an MBA. Adam and Gila have three daughters.
